This tour departs Mansfield Visitor Information
Centre at 9am and travels along the Mt Buller Road
stopping at Merrijig to view the area where many of
the scenes for the film “The Man From Snowy River”
were filmed. |

floor up towards Razorback Ridge where you will
realize why this tour is called “Vision Splendid”.
On a clear day the scenery is just breathtaking.
Some of the highlights on this tour are Tomahawk
Hut, Mt No 3 Refugee Hut, Razorback Hut, Craig’s
Hut, Mt Stirling summit views and Telephone Box
Junction. The “Vision Splendid” tour returns to Mansfield at approximately 5 pm. Tour Details ° The tour includes morning tea and barbecue lunch. ° Duration of Tour approx 8hrs. 9am-5pm. ° $130.00 p/p (GST incl.) *Children (15 and under) half price. ° Prices effective from the 1st of September 2006 ° All tours operate daily, subject to weather and track conditions. ° Vegetarian & other special dietary needs are catered for. ° This tour operates between November – May.
