High Country Scenic Tours conduct a variety of 4WD tours out of Mansfield into Victoria’s rugged high country including daily trips to the famous Craig’s Hut. We organise overnight campouts, and extended camping safaris into the mysteries Wonnangatta Station and remote Howitt High plains.

The staff at High Country Scenic Tours are always keen for new challenges, and with that in mind, we have great pleasure in presenting our latest day

tour (Lakes and Mountains). Over the past season we have received numerous requests to travel to Mt Cobbler.
Mt Cobbler is the spectacular, rocky feature which forms the back-drop to the famous Criag's Hut. Its silhouette appears in many photo's taken at Craig's Hut.
We recently surveyed the route, and feel sure this will be a much requested tour for the 2007 season.

Peaks and Valleys

Highlights on this adventure tour include: Razorback Hut, Pineapple Flat, King Basin, King River crossings, King Hut, Craig’s Hut and Mt Stirling Summit. On this tour we travel through many river crossings along the King River which

makes this a unique tour and a memorable day.
